SCYO | Scan Connecting You & Your Office

SCYO is short for Scan Connecting You & Your Office and concerns a questionnaire with 34 questions that is distributed among the employees. With this scan you can gain insight into the work processes in your organisation. It also provides insight into employee needs, so that these can be tested against the current situation.

After the scan, the respondent immediately knows what his/her most prominent work profile is: a Windsurfer, a Fisherman, a Scuba Diver, or a Sailor.

Information

You are requested to answer all questions in this scan from the perspective of how you see your work situation in the future. We assume a situation without restrictions as a result of the pandemic (COVID-19).

There are several types of questions, such as text and selection questions and sliders. You can operate the slider with your mouse, and the answers can always be changed at a later time.

The scan takes about 10 minutes. You do not have to enter your name, because the scan is completely anonymous. It is the intention that you complete the scan as honestly as possible.
